Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions
- Contribute to the development of budgets and financial forecasts
- Assist in the audit process by providing necessary information and documentation
- Maintain and organise financial files and records
- Perform reconciliations of accounts as needed
- Support in the management of payroll services
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A solid educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
