An exciting Service Manager opportunity has become available to join a reputable construction company at their depot near to Warrington. This role will involve managing the operations of the workshop and office, including staff, budgets, and P&L's. You must have experience within the construction plant, heavy plant, equipment rental or plant hire industry.

Your Responsibilities as the Service Manager
- You will lead, motivate and inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve depot and individual goals - KPI's etc.
- As the service manager, you will be responsible for cost management, monitoring compliance and statutory regulations ensuring quality and service standards are met.
- Carry out staff appraisals ensuring any personal development goals are met and supported
- Overall responsibility of ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to
- Assisting with any additional training as required.
- Continually support the development and achievements of your team
