As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be an integral part of a supportive team, working closely with teachers to provide personalised assistance to students with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a positive learning environment.
  • Implementing individualised learning plans and adapting materials to meet students' needs.
  • Encouraging student participation and fostering a sense of independence.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Helping with personal care tasks, where necessary, to ensure students' well-being.
