Tradewind is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant SEN school located in Warrington. This is your chance to embark on a rewarding journey where you'll play a crucial role in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing tailored support and guidance to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs).
  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Building strong rapport with students, fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Possession of relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is advantageous.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the unique needs of every student.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to the varying demands of a SEN environment.
