Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
  • Develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team and other stakeholders.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with students with SEN preferred.
  • Strong understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Location: Warrington, with convenient access to public transport links.
