Role Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team and other stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with students with SEN preferred.
- Strong understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
