We are seeking a dedicated Oracle HCM Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role is primarily functional with some technical responsibilities.

You will be based in Warwick, 2 days per week.

The rate is circa £400-450 per day, inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support the system.
  • Communicate effectively with end users to understand and prioritise their issues.
  • Address and resolve problems reported by end users, system operators, and the help desk.
  • Collaborate with client IT individuals and help desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Experience: Proficiency in Oracle HRMS, Oracle SSHR, Oracle Workflow, OLM, Oracle BI, and SQL.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong investigative and analytical skills.
  • Application Support: Experience working within an application support team.
  • SQL Knowledge: Ability to query, manipulate, and configure SQL.
  • Help Desk Systems: Familiarity with managing service requests, incidents, and problems.
  • SLA/OLA Compliance: Respond to users within set service level and operating level agreements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client Relations: Ability to establish good working relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Political Sensitivity: Provide tactful solutions to issues.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
