Are you an administrator with a strong skillset in IT? We are seeking an organised and friendly administrator to join the tech support team of an automotive business based in Warwick. 

The ideal candidates will have an interest in learning new technologies and be a proactive and supportive member of the team. Based out of the offices on a hybrid basis, the 37-hour workweek is split: 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am - 1pm Fridays. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and develop your skillset in relation to the company website. 
  • Directly support the Director with expenses administration.
  • Order office stationery for Tech Support and other teams. 
  • General telephone support as a member of the Tech Support group.
  • Project work.
  • Manage core tasks with efficiency, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Maintain clear, organised documentation.
  • Communicate professionally and collaboratively
  • Uphold high standards of confidentiality, organisation, and continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in administration or in a customer service role
  • Knowledge of uploading information and data
  • Ability to communicate with others effectively
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Access to a car and possess a driver's license - essential
