Job Description

Actively seeking an enthusiastic CRM System Administrator for a brilliant opportunity with a leading UK manufacturing/ distribution firm. The role will involve the successful candidate playing a key role in the day to day administration and improvement of my clients business critical Dynamics CRM environment - working with the business to ensure best use, coordinating new improvements, and supporting the BAU environment.

This great new role offers a hybrid working model between home and modern Warwick based offices.

My client is initially looking for a candidate who will join on a 15 month fixed term basis, with the potential for future permanent employment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the user base to ensure Dynamics CRM (D365) is running effectively and utilised effectively
  • Conducting day to day administrative tasks and dealing with 1st line support issues
  • Handling small change requests and system updates alongside technical teams
  • Performing key user training for new system functionality/ advancements
  • Driving system best usage and ensuring data is correct/ up to date

Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in CRM system administration & support
  • Dynamics CRM/ Dynamics 365 system experience (preferable, not essential)
  • Confident user facing skills - ability to support and train
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication/ customer service skills
