Roles and Responsibilities

  • Add part numbers into the global PIM tool (CCU) as requested by Product Line.
  • Research or validate potential new vehicle application linkages to current live part numbers maximising Delphi's market coverage.
  • Research or validate key defined competitors (KDC) cross reference details against part numbers to maximise competitive position.
  • Maintain data storage locations (CCU and Excel files) with accurate information obtained from new vehicle application linkage research AND KDC cross reference research.
  • Research and maintain product relational part number data locations.
  • Product photography - liaison with photographer in order to complete as required.
  • TecDoc maintenance.
  • Liaison with other internal teams - Category, Product and Engineering being the main areas.

Education and Experience

  • Automotive Aftermarket cataloguing or motor trade business experience.
  • Experience of cataloguing systems at main dealer or aftermarket.

Expected skills & competencies.

  • Understanding of Car Parts with some mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience of using Tecdoc or Tecdoc derivate systems (Teccat/ Webcat) etc.
  • Experience with ERP & industry Cataloguing/Analytics Tools, including CCU advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Accurate with meticulous attention to detail, organised and ability to work closely within a team and to schedules.
  • Ability to work to schedules.
  • Solid communication skills and able to take action and escalate when necessary;
  • Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel;
  • Results driven and focused on delivering.
  • Builds trust with key stakeholders and understand the customer perspective
