Maintenance Coordinator

Reporting into the Regional Manager, you will be supporting our engineers and clients within the Operations and Maintenance team, by analysing data and producing detailed reports. This is an Agile role with occasional travel to Quinton/Birmingham Office for meetings when required.

What you'll do:
  • Provide detailed reports including the planned maintenance schedule report and cable survey - Utilise Remedy (ideally change management)
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with Telent Environmental, Health and Safety processes and policies
  • Provide O&M with technical support on systems (Remedy / ECM / CMDB) relating to Planned Maintenance
  • Ensure that NRTS Maintenance Schedule is updated and reflects the Maintenance Inspections and history
  • Align Inspection Data to CMDB Inventory to preserve the integrity of Asset Data
  • Liaise and engage with stakeholders (Field Engineers, Regional Managers, Data Team, Subcontractors, etc) to review Maintenance Inspections
  • Provide the NOC with support relating to Asset Inspection queries and investigations

Key Requirements
  • Experience in analysing large amounts of data in systems and able to explore relationships between data types and their associations
  • Good understanding and experience of database structures and conventions, i.e. Remedy / ECM
  • Awareness of Qliksense
  • Competent using MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in the production of detailed reports including data analysis
