Order Processor - Part Time

Our client, a local manufacturer, is keen to find a part time person to join their existing administration team to process over night orders received from the company website to support the excellent customer service that that company provides. These orders will then be manufactured and sent out to the customer. Attention to details is key with this role and the ability to input information on excel as well as learning an inhouse production IT system is key.

Duties include :

• Daily opening of the orders received by the business over night
• Inputting these orders onto inhouse systems ready for the customer service and production teams to pick up
• Make sure all details are current to minimise issues with orders

Required skills :

• Excellent computer skills
• Previous data entry experience would be ideal
• Confident in earning IT systems
• Ability to work at pace and complete workload within given time

Working hours

• Mornings – 3 hours per day – Monday to Friday

Payrate

• £11.44 per hour
