Role Overview:As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the month-end accounting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Russell Group graduate with a strong academic pedigree to gain hands-on experience and grow within the finance sector. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Support the year-end audit process
Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

Recent graduate from a Russell Group university with a strong academic record
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to pursuing a career in accounting and finance

What We Offer:
