On behalf of a leading company, JGA Recruitment Group is searching for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team. In this results-oriented role, you'll be responsible for generating high-quality leads and propelling their sales engine forward! Here's what you'll do:
  • Craft and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy to attract qualified prospects.
  • Leverage a variety of channels, including social media, cold calling, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential customers.
  • Conduct outbound calls and nurture leads with targeted email campaigns to spark meaningful conversations and drive sales.
  • Research potential customers to tailor outreach messages and gain valuable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure lead generation efforts align with marketing initiatives.
  • Track lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progression through insightful reports.
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Utilise CRM systems to manage lead interactions, guarantee timely follow-ups, and nurture leads effectively.
 To thrive here, you'll possess:
  • Proven experience in lead generation or a similar sales development role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
