Level 3 Nursery Nurse
Location: Watford, WD18 6AA
Salary: From £13.00 per hour, Salary from £29,000 per annum for maximum hours
Hours: Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours a week maximum, plus paid monthly team meetings, flexible working and variable hours available, including part time options.
Our client is looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their fabulous nursery located in Watford. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a warm, friendly and successful nursery team.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children in the setting.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with parents to enable children’s needs are met.
- To keep records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers, and other key adults in the child’s life.
- health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care, and following safeguarding policies and procedures.
- working alongside the manager and staff team to ensure that the setting’s philosophy is fulfilled.
The successful candidate will need:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification/NNEB, NVQ, CACHE LEVEL 3 childcare Qualification,
- Knowledge of EYFS and Child Development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience working in a nursery.
