Job Title: Junior Merchandiser
Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (based on qualifications and experience)
Our client are a dynamic fashion and footwear company with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll play a crucial role in optimising inventory, analysing sales data, and ensuring our products are strategically placed to maximise sales.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute product assortments.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and stock movement.
- Analyse sales data and identify trends to inform buying decisions.
- Prepare weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports.
- Conduct post-event and promotion analyses to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in retail merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
