Salary: 45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week

A leading UK-based facilities management company is seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer with qualifications in either Commercial Gas or Air Conditioning to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of mechanical and HVAC maintenance, service, and repair tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Service and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct mechanical maintenance tasks as required.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency breakdowns.
- Liaise with clients and other team members to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Qualified in Commercial Gas (COCN1) or Air Conditioning (F-Gas)
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a supermarket or large retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
