Exciting opportunity to join a leading project development and construction group looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing IT team.
Day-to-day of the role:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, department heads, and external vendors.
- Establish and enforce project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.
- Monitor and report on programme/project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs), milestones, and budget adherence.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing Project Managers, and overseeing business and technical projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Professional certification in project management (PRINCE2 practitioner, Agile Scrum Master, Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications) is highly desirable.
