GOODS IN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - PERMANENT - FULL TIME HOURS - MONDAY TO FRIDAY - BASED THETFORD AREA - 11.64 PER HOUR + 100 KPI MONTHLY BONUS AND OVERTIME AT 14.55 PER HOUR

Our client are is a leading wholesaler, based in Norfolk but supplying the whole of the UK. This is an opportunity for someone who likes working in a fast paced environment, would like to learn and progress and has exceptional administration skills. Our client take alot of care of their employees and will help them to grow with the company

The Goods-in administrator will assist in our next phase of growth. The daily tasks will consist of, but not limited to the following:

Checking and receiving stock on to an ERP warehouse system module.

Managing deliveries requests via email and phone and updating all internal systems.

Liaising with the purchase ledger and purchasing staff to resolve any delivery or booking in discrepancies.

Scanning all delivery notes and updating all purchase order forms on to the ERP system.

Assisting when required with the checking of stock discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in the following areas:

Medium/Advanced excel skills.

Exceptional telephone manner.

High level of attention to detail.

Ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly.

Clear communication skills.

Problem solving.

Managing external telephone calls/booking in external deliveries.

Receiving stock on to an ERP warehouse system module.

Hours of work are negotiable, 40-50 hours per week, between 06:00-21:00 Monday-Friday. Hours to be agreed and then fixed.

20 days holiday per year + bank holidays.

In-house training will be provided.
