A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Office Administrator to join a successful and dynamic team and business.


Job Description
We are looking for an individual who is a team player, enthusiastic and self-motivated, to provide clerical and organisational support to our Sales team.
As a Sales Office Administrator you will input orders with a high attention to detail and have good communication skills verbal and written.
This is a varied role which will involve working within the Sales and Order Processing Departments within a busy and fast-paced environment.

Organised, enthusiastic, flexible and willing to learn
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work well in a team environment and work well under pressure
Prepared to work hard and meet tight deadlines
Confident dealing with customers over the telephone
A minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent at Grade C or above
Excellent communication skills and computer literate
Attention to detail

KEY DUTIES
You will be expected to learn and understand the full standard product range
Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Receive, analyse and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any other applicable information either by telephone or email.
Processing sales orders as required
Creating and following up proforma invoices
General sales order and quotation filing and archiving
Setting up new customer accounts
Run weekly reports from in-house database system. Update database accordingly.
Generating standard product quotations to log on as and when required
Raise Credit Notes/Lease with accounts payment terms
Extremely busy and fast-paced environment
