We are seeking a motivated and experienced Applications Engineer to join our market leading client based in Wednesbury.
Our client is going through an exciting period of growth and this role is to further support the business and their UK based clients with manufactured bespoke units within the HVAC industry, working within a successful, well-established team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced application engineer that has provided application, design, estimating and technical support to customers and advised on the most suitable products for end use and has a strong commercial awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a well-established team with quotation and application management.
- Commercial awareness.
- Deliver professional response and solutions to our clients.
- Identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
- Maintain clear records of issues, details, actions, and responsibilities to support successful commercial resolutions and maintain client relationships.
- Work closely with our Sales Team to develop enquires, capturing and consolidating into agreed requirements.
- Representation and promotion of the company.
Experience:
- Previous application engineering experience, a HVAC environment would be beneficial.
- Proven experience in dealing with systems and components to optimise performance.
- Strong knowledge of application engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external clients.

This a full-time, permanent position working usual office hours - Monday to Friday.
Salary: 30,000.00-40,000.00 p/a DOE
