HR Manager£40,000 - £50,000 + Monday to Friday + Early Friday Finish + Company BenefitsWednesbury, West Midlands (Commutable from: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, West Bromwich, and Birmingham)Are you an HR Manager looking for a varied and fully autonomous role, where you can put your own stamp on the business?This is a fantastic opportunity to head up the company HR function, allowing you to assist the ongoing development of the business with the support of a small close-knit team beneath you.This long-standing manufacturer are going through a period of growth and cultural change due to their continued success and are now looking for an HR Manager to support.You will play a key part in the company change management, whilst also covering a broad range of activities including recruitment, training, policy changes, KPI's etc.This role will suit an HR Manager with experience within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment, looking for a new challenge within a growing business.The Role:

  • Leading the HR function for the business
  • Managing a small HR team
  • Covering a broad range of aspects including: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, policies and procedures
  • Permanent, Monday to Friday role with an early Friday finish

The Person:

  • Proven experience within an HR Manager role
  • Manufacturing / Engineering background
  • Experience with change management
  • Strong leadership and communication experience
  • Minimum of Level 5 CIPD
