Role Overview:

As an Early Career Teacher, you will have the chance to begin your teaching career in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our pupils, developing engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and school initiatives
• Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status by September 2024
• Strong passion for teaching and commitment to pupil development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team
