We're on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Manager to lead and bolster our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Manager:
- Providing leadership to the team and managing development and progression
- Ensure efficient and effective operation structure to continue success.
- Review, recommend and approve contracts and estimates for engineering works.
- Develop and improve the site Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems to achieve reduction in downtime.
- Work closely with our Projects Manager, manage on-site project works to ensure they are delivered on time, to spec and in budget.
Requirements for the Engineering Manager:
- Proven leadership in a maintenance facility within in a fast moving, food production or manufacturing environment
- Education to degree level with electrical and/or mechanical engineering.
- Proven record of delivering performance improvements.
- Experience of CMMS systems.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
Benefits for the Engineering Manager:
- Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000 per annum.
