Multi-trader

TradeField are looking for multi-traders / finishers to snag and finish live in social housing properties in the Welwyn Garden City. The work will include:

• Siliconing
• Painting and decorating
• Small carpentry works such as skirting boards etc

This could materialise into a 5 year contract.

You must have:

• 5+ years experience as a handyman / multi-trade
• can silicone to a good standard
• have a van or a car
• painting and decorating experience
• have a DBS certificate or willing to complete one

You must be neat and tidy and pay attention thatresidents live in the properties as you work.
