Internal Recruitment Consultant

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Sales & Marketing, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their requirement for an Internal Recruitment Consultant. Please note, this is an office-based role, so you will need to be able to easily commute to Welwyn Garden City on a daily basis.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment process for both office and field staff
• Working closely with internal stakeholders
• Creating engaging job adverts
• Sourcing candidates
• Carrying out Interviews
• Holding Assessment Centres
• Providing feedback
• Assisting with onboarding activities for new hires
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Skills and attributes required:

• At least 2 years’ recent recruitment experience
• Previous experience in applying for Visas
• Knowledge of employment laws
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
