Rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join this established, regional main contractor where you will have the chance to progress to a Director level and the opportunity to become a shareholder in the company.

Are you an experienced Construction or Contracts Manager looking to play a vital role in a small, but established main contractor? Are you looking to work on new build projects valuing up to 20M? Are you looking to hold a vital role in a growing business, reporting directly to the board?

This company are an established commercial main contractor who work on projects across the UK ranging from 8m-20m. They turnover circa 10m a year and are looking to quickly grow and expand both turnover and headcount, so therefore are looking for a Construction or Contracts Manager to come in and help spearhead the next growth drive.

In this role you will be responsible for up to 4 Projects at any given time managing a number of Site Managers. You will work on Projects from Pre construction through to completion liaising with commercial departments and Design consultants. You will manage sub-contractors, ensure health and safety regulations are being adhered. You will use your technical knowledge to deal with any issues on site and liaise with Clients for progress meetings. This is a site and home based position.

It's imperative you have good technical knowledge with high level of competencies in reading construction drawings, producing project plans and resolving any issues.
