I am looking for a Technical Coordinator to work for a well established house builder. This is a chance to work for an award-winning 5 star house builder, creating a range of beautiful and award-winning new homes across Essex and Hertfordshire.

The Role

You will be responsible for the control of the Technical role on Residential schemes ensuring it is completed to budget, to agreed quality standards, safely, by motivating teams, and performing to the highest level. You will also be responsible for adhering to and engaging with the quality management system and other company procedures at all times.

Management of the technical role on various sized projects will be a huge part of the role and you may be responsible for several projects at the same time dependent on size and progress of each scheme.

The ideal candidate

Experience is working on RC frame projects and experience within an assistant role previously is key. Relevant professional qualification to either Degree, HNC/HND, NVQ Level 5, Chartered Membership of a recognised Professional body eg RICS, CIOB, CIAT, RIBA etc. A pro-active style with capability to manage and coordinate the design team on challenging sites. Effective people management of direct reports, giving feedback, direction, support and coaching. Experience and knowledge of planning, financial and legal processes.
