Estates Surveyor
My client based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their team and manage their corporate property portfolio managing a variety of assets management and estates matters.
Essential Requirements:
- Estate management of a commercial property portfolio (office blocks, car parks, shopping centres).
- Ability to negotiate and liaise on rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Experience in managing landlord and tenant matters.
- MRICS qualified is beneficial but not essential.
Job Details:
- Location: Hertfordshire
- Rate: Negotiable DOE
- Start Date: ASAP
- Working Pattern: Hybrid
