The role of Restaurant Manager will involve:

• Management of the venue so that all guests receive excellent standards of customer service.
• Meeting and greeting guests.
• Leading shifts, running on shift training and motivating the team.
• Achieving budgetary targets and making recommendations for development.
• Liaising effectively with the Head Chef regarding menus and upcoming bookings.
• Dealing with customer queries and issues.
• Monitoring rotas on a weekly/daily basis
• Ensuring excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout.

Requirements for Restaurant Manager:

• Candidates must enjoy being a “hands-on” member of a team.
• All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
• An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
• Our managers work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
