The Role – Pastoral Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for a Pastoral Assistant to join a PRU in Brent on a full-time, long-term basis. As a Pastoral Assistant, you will work closely with students who display challenging behaviour and social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your role will be to build positive relationships, support emotional regulation, monitor student wellbeing, and contribute to a nurturing and structured learning environment. A calm, empathetic approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
