City Site Solutions are looking for a Contracts Manager to Work on a Multiple Projects in Wembley Area ASAP

Hybrid Role, primarily site and home based with weekly meetings in the office in Kingsbury area , so MUST Drive

Must have Black CSCS Card

Contracts Manager needed to Manage and deliver multiple fast - track fit - out projects. Contracts Manager will also contribute to business growth by leveraging existing client , consultant , subcontractor relationships to help identify and secure new project opportunities .

Duties: Contracts Manager will be liaising with clients and subcontractors , so must have good communication skills, Manage variations, valuations and final accounts , so must have experience 5 + years . Prepare applications for payment, cost report, and project summaries. Successful candidate must be proficient with Microsoft office, Smartsheet and Quickbooks.
