Job Description/Qualifications:
- Supporting classroom teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Leading small group activities and interventions to support student progress
- Providing one-on-one support to students with additional learning needs
- Assisting with classroom management and behavior support
- Experience working in a primary school setting preferred
- Minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for education and commitment to personal and professional development
