About the role – Interventions Tutor

We are looking for someone who

·Is an outstanding role model and team member, and can act as a leading classroom practitioner, inspiring and motivating other staff members

·Has excellent oral and written English, reading and numeracy skills

·Has excellent knowledge of the RS curriculum across Primary school

·Has high expectations for all children and a real determination and belief that all children can succeed and progress well

·Is willing to go the extra mile to personalise learning

·Can create positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues

·Can plan and provide an enabling environment that promotes effective care, teaching, and learning that allows all children to progress and prepares them for their next phase of development and learning

·Manages behaviour to the highest standard
