LTF Recruitment are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant for our partner school, joining their dedicated team in supporting pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing academic and pastoral support to students, enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons across various subjects within Key Stage 3 and 4.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, addressing their individual learning needs and helping them to overcome challenges.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.
Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies for student progress and well-being.
Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
Support students with additional needs, including those with SEN, EAL, or behavioural challenges, in accessing the curriculum and achieving their goals.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a secondary school setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting young people in their learning and personal development.
Relevant qualifications or training in education, child development, or related fields would be advantageous.
