SENDhelp is working alongside our partner school to recruit a Teaching Assistant based in Wendover located on the outskirts of Buckinghamshire.

As our new Teaching Assistant, you will be joining an OFSTED-rated 'Outstanding' school which caters to pupils who are persistently unable to attend their mainstream school placement due to factors such as acute anxiety associated with school attendance or other mental health needs.

Our partner school provides Ofsted with Outstanding cutting-edge and transformational approaches to educating students with ASC and SEMH. The school currently has four campuses comprising two secondary, one primary, and one combined provision.

As our new Teaching Assistant, you will be joining a prospering school that boasts a safe and secure environment, and an experienced and supportive staff team.

You will be working in a school that is flexible with the school curriculum, and a team that proactively works with other schools, parents, and carers intending to get young people back on track.

Given this is a full-time, long-term teaching role, SENDhelp is seeking to appoint an energetic and highly motivated Teaching Assistant, and we are open to speaking to all Teaching Assistants who have SEND experience or experience Mainstream pupils with the same/ or similar needs as mentioned above.

With your background in teaching, you will be fully committed to ensuring all children have an equal opportunity to access a creative and fulfilling curriculum; you will bring with you an energetic, strong, and resilient approach to engaging children with additional needs so that you can drive your new class to develop, grow and achieve.
