Recruit4Staff are proud to be representing their client, a well established manufacturing company in their search for an Electrical Technician to work in their leading facility in West Bromwich.
For the successful Electrical Technician our client is offering:
- £31,900- £33,600 per annum DOE
- Monday- Friday 8:00AM- 4:30PM
- Permanent position within a rapidly expanding company
- Free parking
- Ongoing training
The Role - Electrical Technician:
- Preventative and Electrical Maintenance within an Industrial Environment
- Installation plant and Modification work
- Use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Interpretation of Engineering drawings
- Carry out statutory Inspections
What our client is looking for in a Electrical Technician:
- Educated to RQF level 3 (e.g. City & Guilds level 3) in a practical Mechanical Fitting/Engineering discipline as a minimum - ESSENTIAL
- Must have the ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works- ESSENTIAL
- 18th edition electrical wiring regulations - ESSENTIAL
- Ideally you would have training in MEWP's- PREFFERED
- Ideally you would have a recognised Mechanical apprenticeship- PREFFERED
- Good understanding of ATEX requirements - PREFERRED
