Senior Warehouse Assistant West Bromwich Permanent £26,000-£27,000 per annum
Our client, a well-established leading manufacturing company who are seeking a Senior Warehouse Assistant to join their growing and expanding business. The successful candidate will ensure the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to feed business operations and customer demand.
What’s on offer:
- Salary of £26,000-£27,000 per annum
- Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
- Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays

Job Duties:
- Take delivery of goods and supplies. Manage stock logistics.
- Manage packaging, dispatch and movement of goods.
- Input data regarding stock and inventory into a computerized Keep accurate stock records.
- Ensure that all lifting and manoeuvring of product is carried out in accordance with manual handling
- Operate in a safe manner complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements to ensure own and safety of others
- Handle the hazardous materials in an appropriate
- Keep the work areas clean and tidy to ensure operational
- Make recommendations to aid efficiency
- Follow strict procedures
Essential Requirements
- Must have Dangerous Goods by Road qualification.
- Must have an FLT license or licence to drive assisted lift equipment.
- Prior warehouse experience
- Good IT skills
