What You'll Do: As an SEN Teaching Assistant , you'll play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of children with special educational needs. From one-on-one support to small group activities, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored support to children with additional needs, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and outside agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Using your expertise in behavior management to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
