The Job

You will need to be proactive, reliable & customer focused, promoting & protecting our Company’s professional image with our prestigious clients at all times.

The main responsibility will be administering our data, back of house systems, credit card contactless systems & stock management.

  • Administering the 'end2end’ process of stock, flowing through from our supplier to our machines
  • Be responsible for having the right stock, in the right place, at the right time
  • Coordinate stock delivery with staff scheduling
  • Manage Booking Systems with our Logistics partner
  • Administering the back of house systems ensuring they work efficiently
  • Maintain Machine Fault Log and order necessary parts/labour
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Leadership Team, Managers & Staff across our varied sites
  • Provide other cover to other areas as required for holiday/sickness

The Skills Required

The successful candidate will have some experience with data & systems and consider themselves an 'competent’ user on MS Excel. You will also be self-motivated with an enthusiastic approach, prepared to learn & take on new challenges, pulling together as part of a small team. It is expected you will have:

  • Some data management & systems experience
  • Practical knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
