Job title: NPI Validation Engineer
Are you a Validation professional with experience working within a Medical Device environment? An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Validation Engineer to join a manufacturing organisation in the Roscommon / Longford region.
About the Job:
As a Validation Engineer you will support all validation activities associated with the successful qualification of new tools / product introduction and other injection molding related Manufacturing.
Summarised responsibilities:
- Write and document reports and execute validation protocols related to process validation, new product introduction, new equipment and machinary, and medical manufacturing facility
- Develop and implement quality management system, continuous improvements and process improvements working to ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Working across multifunctional teams and working as a project liaison for vendor and client
- Perform IQ,OQ,PQ, FAT's, SAT's, GMP reviews, Risk Assessments, Change Controls, and regulatory audits
About you:
- Qualification in Engineering, Science, or equivalent Manufacturing experience across Medical Devices or Plastics
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Validation Engineer within an medical manufacturing environment.
