- Ensure leads are properly informed about the USPs of the relevant product(s).
- Monitor inbound channels to identify opportunities and optimise follow-up activities.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
