Compliance Policy Analyst - 6 month contract

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment? I am seeking a talented individual to join an organisation as a Compliance Policy Analyst on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of their compliance policies and 1LOD operating procedures.
• Map these policies and procedures to regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with standards set by regulatory bodies.
• Provide assurance that their most impacted policies and procedures are fully compliant with relevant regulations.
• Implement thematic monitoring strategies to proactively identify and address compliance risks within the operations.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
• Experience in mapping policies and/or procedures to regulatory requirements, preferably with a focus on FCA and/or the Payment Services Regulator.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proven track record of driving compliance initiatives and delivering results.
