Overview:

We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team in the Senior Care sector. The Field Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating care services for our clients within their homes. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.

Duties:

- Supervise and support care staff in delivering high-quality care services- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the care team- Conduct regular visits to client homes to ensure service quality and compliance- Provide leadership and guidance to the care team- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services- Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting purposes

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Valid driving licence for travel between care homes- Experience in Senior Care or a related field- Proven ability in supervising and leading a team- Knowledge of care home operations and regulations- Proficiency in IT systems for data management
