Our client is a very well established marketing solutions provider with a particular emphasis across print and digital communications.They now have an exciting opening for an experienced warehouse person that has exposure to purchasing.
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will manage the company warehouse and facilitate company purchases, as well as managing the facilities within the factory.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the warehouse to ensure the correct and organised storage of all stock
Unloading of deliveries and loading of company vehicles for delivery as required
Operation of forklift trucks
Responsibility for company purchases, including raising of purchase orders and placing orders with suppliers
Matching of invoices to GRNs and POs
Assisting with the general facility management of the factory including arranging subcontractors for works
Personal specifications
Experience of managing a warehouse would be ideal but experience of warehouse and factory operations is essential
Experience of purchasing and managing relationships with suppliers
Experience of the print industry would be beneficial but not essential
GCSE English and Maths
Skills and competencies
Attention to detail and accuracy
Highly organised
Driving license and comfortable driving a van is preferable
Good IT Skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Forklift operation
The role is based Monday - Friday and offers some flexibility on hours
