You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mechanical design process of downhole technology / telemetry, including the improvement of R&D. You will manage projects from concept to conclusion and work directly with senior leadership. This is a fully office based role.
The role:
- Developing and building prototypes to test their function
- Undertaking theoretical analysis and mathematical modelling in support of concept development and design verification
- Planning and conducting projects to defined milestones and cost targets
- understanding of customer needs via ongoing communication
- Office based role
The person:
- Mechanical engineering background or similar
- Understanding of electro-mechanics
- SolidWorks and AutoCAD proficiency
