Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Finance Administrator to work for our client based in Weston-Super-Mare (BS24).
IMMEDIATE START
Shifts: Monday - Friday- Temp Cover
Shift Times: 08:00AM - 16:30PM
Weekly Pay: £12.16- £14.33 per hour- depending on experience.
The responsibilities of the role.
- Working independently and within a team to complete daily tasks given by the senior finance administrator.
- Ensuring all company documentation is completed accurately and up to date on the system.
- Taking control of invoicing, billing, and payroll tasks, including overlooking timesheets and maintaining agency records.
- As you will be the first point of contact with customers both on the phone and face to face, you will be responsible to help with queries and complaints.
- Support the finance team ensuring all appropriate documents and records are on the system for audits.
- Strive to build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers.
- General offices tasks to support other teams within the business.
You will need.
- Must have previous experience in an admin-based role.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the phone is essential.
- Experience dealing with customers and suppliers face to face and over the phone.
- Knowledge and experience on using software systems including Microsoft office suite and business systems.
- You must be able to commute to the BS24 area for work.
