GBRS are looking for an administrator to work for their client in Weston super Mare.
This is a temp to perm vacancy where you will work through GBRS for the first 12 weeks before becoming a permanent member of staff.
This role is working in a busy construction office, the offices are beautiful, in a good location with parking.
This company has grown substantially over the past 5 years, they are now looking for a new member to join their very friendly team!
The ideal candidate would have:
- have strong & effective written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to confidently liaise with colleagues, clients and suppliers
- Have accuracy & attention to detail
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Have at least 2 Years experience in an operational environment
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task & prioritise workload
- Be committed, motivated and passionate about service delivery
- Be an excellent team player who can demonstrate a willingness to be involved
- Have an ability to adapt as the needs of the business change
- Be able to accurately enter data with high attention to numeric and written detail
- Ideally have experience in working the construction or facilities management environment
- Be familiar with ISO standards, procedures and processes
