A leading global client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for a permanent position. You'll tackle 1st and 2nd line support issues while also managing troubleshooting tasks

The Following requirements for this role are:

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Azure
  • ITIL
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues at the first point of contact where possible.
