Planner Scheduler

Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a Planner to work for our client based in Bleadon(BS23).

Immediate Start – Full Time Work

Shifts: Monday to Friday – 09:00 – 17:00

Annual Salary: £25,000 to £28,000

Temp 2 Perm Position

The responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for creating and insuring a smooth operational run of the business
• Work with Customer demands on rescheduling or re-routing delivery runs if needed
• Ensuring all routes are cost effective and complete for that day
• Speaking with Customers on the phone to plan delivery times and reschedule any cancelled deliveries
• Provide all required information for each job
• Organise the use of sub-contractors if required, raising PO’s
• Order parts to be used for each job
• Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times
• Always comply with onsite health and safety

You will need:

• Must have previous Planning experience
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced and pressurised working environment
• Must be forward-thinking who can solve issues in a quick and timely manner
• Must be IT Literate and adapt quickly to new online systems
• We are looking for a reliable, organised, and driven individual who can run their own workload
• Able to work well within a team and pick up extra workload if needed
