Design Engineer required for a bespoke manufacturer who provide high quality products to the structural industry.
We seek a creative designer to join their growing team and the role would suit a qualified or experienced engineer.
A great opportunity to undertake full projects from conception to delivery.

As the Design Engineer you will:
?Have the opportunity to work on both interesting and challenging one-off projects
?Work closely with clients to come up with innovative design solutions
?intricate specifications
?Lead and manage projects from conception to delivery
?Produce complex designs for manufacture and installation
?Work to tight deadlines
?Work with the production team to provide technical support and solutions for manufacturing problems

As the Designer you will:
?Have confident experience of producing designs for complex projects
?Be familiar with a range of 3D design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor
?Have a proven background in managing your own projects
?Be familiar with design for manufacture
?Have a strong understanding of engineering techniques, a range of materials and their limitations
?Be a great communicator able to deal directly with clients, production and PM's
?Be familiar with working to tight project deadlines
?Be familiar with a range of building and quality standards and documentation
?
